Your Pencil House favourites are on their way. Here’s how to check on your parcel.

Track with Daraz Express (DEX)

Daraz Express (DEX) is our delivery partner. For parcels shipped with DEX, open the official website below and enter your courier tracking number in the “Track Your Parcel” box, then select “Track”. Use your courier tracking number, not your Pencil House order number.

Have a tracking link?

Open your Pencil House order confirmation or shipment notification and look for your tracking details. If a carrier tracking link is included, follow it to see the updates available for your parcel. You can also use the order-status link in your email to review your order.

Have a tracking number but no link?

Use the tracking number from your order confirmation or shipment notification on the carrier’s official tracking page, if one is provided. If you’re unsure which carrier to use, or your email shows M-P-Logistic or Other without a working link, contact us and we’ll help you find the right tracking information.

No tracking number yet?

Check your shipment notification as well as your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find a tracking number, contact Pencil House so we can check your parcel with the delivery partner.

Need a hand?
